Withdraw from contract

From here you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Complete the declaration and confirm: you will receive by email an acknowledgement of receipt with the details of your request, the date and the time.

This online function is an additional route, not the only one: you can also withdraw by an unequivocal statement by email to support@zelonimagelli.com, indicating the order number, or with the model withdrawal form on the Returns and Refunds page. For return costs and refund times, see also the Terms and Conditions.

The request does not entail an immediate refund: the refund is handled according to the Terms, after receipt of the goods or proof of return shipment, where applicable.
