2. Subject
These terms apply to the distance sale of the products published on the site, currently consisting of printed books. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its page.
3. Prices, taxes and invoicing
Prices are expressed in euros and are final, inclusive of the applicable taxes at the time of the order. Sales subject to the Canary Islands tax are subject to the IGIC; for other territories, the tax due applies depending on the place and the nature of the product. The seller issues an invoice in accordance with the applicable tax legislation. Any shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before the order is completed.
4. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by means of a confirmation email. Before submitting the order, the user can review and correct the data entered. The contract may be concluded in the language made available on the site for the relevant page or product.
5. Payments
Payments are handled through Stripe and PayPal and are due at the time of the order. The seller does not store the full details of payment instruments; their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Shipping
Books are shipped to the address indicated by the user; for some destinations, shipping is carried out through print-on-demand and distribution services. Any delivery times indicated are estimated and not binding.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, in the terms provided for by the applicable legislation on distance contracts. Withdrawal can also be exercised through the online withdrawal function available on the site.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in the terms provided for by the applicable law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU). For goods, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. To enforce the guarantee, the user can contact the seller at the email address indicated.
9. Intellectual property
All content of the site and of the products (texts, books, trademarks, logo and the "Primordial Psychology" method) is owned by the seller or by the legitimate rights holders and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The purchase grants a personal, non-commercial licence of use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, sharing or resale of the materials, in whole or in part, without written authorisation, is prohibited.
10. Educational nature of the content
The books and the other content and materials published on the site are intended to be informative, educational and for self-observation. They do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological or medical advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or any other personalised professional service.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The mandatory, more favourable provisions of the law of the consumer user's country of residence remain unaffected. For any disputes, the consumer user may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies and, for cross-border disputes, to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), without prejudice to the possibility of bringing the matter before the competent court.
