This Privacy Policy describes how the personal data of users of the website zelonimagelli.com is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish legislation (Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect

  • Order and billing data: name, surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided).
  • Payment data: handled directly by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card details.
  • Newsletter subscription: email address, managed through Mailchimp.
  • Browsing data: collected via cookies and Google Analytics 4, subject to consent (see Cookie Policy).
  • Communications: data sent through the contact form (name, email, message).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Order and shipping management — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
  • Newsletter — consent (art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.
  • Analytics cookies — consent (art. 6.1.a).
  • Responding to contact requests — legitimate interest in replying to the requests received (art. 6.1.f).
  • Website security — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

4. Provision of data

Providing the data necessary for orders, payments, shipping and invoicing is a requirement to enter into and perform the purchase contract. Providing data for the newsletter is optional. Failure to provide the necessary data may prevent the management of the order, the contact request or the requested subscription.

5. Recipients

  • Hosting and management of the WooCommerce site: SiteGround.
  • Payment providers: Stripe and PayPal.
  • Email platform: Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC).
  • Statistics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC).
  • Order fulfilment: the book order is placed through the owner's Amazon account with shipping to the customer's address; for destinations not covered, IngramSpark. Only the data necessary for shipping is shared.
  • Where applicable, a tax/accounting advisor, for legal obligations.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (e.g. Mailchimp, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses and/or, for providers that adhere to it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For shipments outside the EU, delivery data is transmitted to the carriers of the destination country.

7. Data retention

Order and billing data is retained for the period required by tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Contact data is retained for the time necessary to handle the request.

8. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to support@zelonimagelli.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es). If you reside in another EU country, you may also contact the authority of your country.

9. Minors

The site and the products are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data of minors without the consent of the holder of parental responsibility.
