Cookie Policy
Last updated: [19/06/2026]
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones are used on zelonimagelli.com and how you can manage them, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Spanish legislation on information society services (art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). For the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device to store information during browsing. They may be installed by the site you visit (first-party cookies) or by third parties (third-party cookies). By duration, they are distinguished into session cookies, deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain for a set period.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Technical/necessary cookies: essential for the operation of the site and the WooCommerce cart. They do not require consent, as they are strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4, installed only with prior consent, to measure use of the site in aggregate form.
At present we do not use marketing or profiling cookies.
3. List of cookies
The following list shows the main cookies known to date. This is a provisional list: it will be completed and verified with a technical scan once the site configuration is finished. The durations indicated are approximate.
| Cookie | Type / Provider | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| woocommerce_cart_hash | Technical / WooCommerce | Cart operation | Session | First-party |
| woocommerce_items_in_cart | Technical / WooCommerce | Cart contents | Session | First-party |
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | Technical / WooCommerce | User session and cart | 48 hours (approx.) | First-party |
| _ga | Analytics / Google Analytics 4 | Distinguish users | Up to 2 years (approx.) | Third-party |
| _ga_* | Analytics / Google Analytics 4 | Maintain session state | Up to 2 years (approx.) | Third-party |
The technical cookie set by the consent management system, once configured, to remember the preferences expressed, will be added to these.
4. Third-party cookies
Analytics cookies are managed by Google (Google Analytics 4). Any embedded content that may be added in the future (for example, videos) will install its own cookies only with prior consent. Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) may set cookies during the payment stage for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Legal basis and consent
Technical/necessary cookies do not require consent, under the exemption provided for in art. 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. Analytics cookies are installed only on the basis of the user's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time. The options to accept and to reject cookies are presented at the same level and with the same visibility.
6. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can give, change or withdraw your consent at any time through the site's "Cookie settings" panel. Without consent, analytics cookies remain blocked. You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. For any questions about cookies, you can write to support@zelonimagelli.com.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses and/or, for providers that adhere to it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated; in particular, the list of cookies will be revised after the technical scan of the site. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date indicated above.
