They are printed books, shipped to the address you provide when ordering. There is currently no digital version.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the destination country and the options available at the time of the order. Delivery times can also vary by country and are shown during the purchase process.

Books can be shipped worldwide, where technically available. If a destination isn’t covered or can’t be handled correctly by the shipping system, checkout will flag it during the order.

A separate tracking code isn’t always available: the essential order information is sent by email. If the book doesn’t arrive within the times shown at checkout, or if there’s a problem with the order, use the contact form with the order number and the email used for the purchase: we’ll look into it right away.

Yes. For online purchases of physical products you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, under the conditions set out on the Returns and refunds page. The book must be returned intact and in suitable condition. Return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes or customs charges related to the return, are borne by the customer. Before sending a return, use the contact form with the order number.

Yes. After the purchase you can request an invoice through the contact form, providing the order number and the necessary tax details. You’ll still receive the automatic order communications; the tax invoice, when requested, is prepared and sent manually by email.

The course-book explains the method and guides you through the path. The workbook is the practical notebook of exercises and self-analysis for applying it. They work well together, but the course-book is complete on its own too.

Zeloni Magelli’s books originate in Italian and are progressively made available in other languages too. The available editions are shown on their respective product pages. If a language isn’t there yet, it means that version hasn’t been published on the site.

Yes. The Manifesto introduces the model’s concepts and language, and each course-book recalls what’s needed. No prior knowledge is required.

No. It’s a formative path, theoretical and practical, and it doesn’t replace psychotherapy or qualified clinical, medical or psychological support. When specialist help is needed, it should be sought.

There are no individual consultations open to the public. In some periods there may be reserved paths, mastermind events or smaller working spaces, accessible only to selected participants or to those who have already followed certain training paths. When these openings are available, they are announced directly on the official channels or within the dedicated paths.
