I guess you’ll be looking for the secret of productivity to become more productive. Excellent move!

You must know that there is one thing in particular that unites Me, You, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Napoleon Hill and Donald Trump. It’s 24 hours a day.

The difference between a successful person and a mediocre person lies in time management. Rather, in the management of activities (time can not be managed).

So the way you spend your time will determine your level of success. And I’m sure you want to succeed, because you’re spending your time reading an article for your personal growth.

I want to immediately reveal my secret of productivity

I like drinking coconut milk on the beach, but that’s not my secret.

My secret is this! My phone, my cell phone, my Wiko Lubi 5! Without touchscreen, without distracting applications, without notifications.

The mobile phone must be used to call and SMS, that’s enough! There are other devices such as tablets, laptops or desktop computers to perform other tasks.

(Yes, I still send the text messages and the world is not finished) Reflect and answer yourself sincerely. How much time do you spend on your smartphone? Rather, how much time do you lose on your smartphone?

With the smartphone every 180 seconds you are distracted.

I find it absurd that most people do not start their day by spending time on their mission. But rather they allow notifications, change their thoughts and change their priorities.

You have to be very careful about giving the opportunity to people and things to influence your thoughts. Your thoughts contribute to the creation of your reality.

So, do not live your life based on the notifications you get! Find your way and then follow it without being influenced by anything or anyone!

You must know that when you get distracted by a notification, then you’ll need about 24 minutes to get back at the height of your concentration.

So do not stay all day glued to your smartphone. Accustomed to leaving it in another room and I recommend it, keep it off at night! Turned off! Not in silent and not in an areo mode. Off means off!

And do not find the usual excuse of the alarm clock! Buy one !!! Accustomed to being without a smartphone.

Spending less time on your smartphone means dedicating yourself to the most important things like family, friends and nature.

This allows you to have more quality time for yourself.

Get off the hamster wheel!
